- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Person in Canada.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Will have completed high school level education by Fall 2024.
- Be accepted to a post-secondary program at an eligible institution in Canada.
- Must demonstrate strong character traits such as resiliency, community-mindedness, and commitment to excellence.
- Be first-generation post-secondary education students (those whose parents did not attend post-secondary education).
