- The Tim McLean Memorial Bursary was established in memory of Tim McLean, an aspiring Aboriginal Manitoba apprentice interested in becoming a Motor Vehicle Mechanic. The bursary will be awarded to current Aboriginal apprentice(s) attending technical training with demonstrated financial need
